The Sharp Airlines Cadet Program is the longest continuously running cadetship in Australia. It has a reputation for producing highly trained sought after pilots who are multi-faceted and job ready.

- Real-world experience: Shadow Sharp Airlines operations and gain insights into daily airline life during the program.
- Priority pathway: Successful cadets will be considered for direct entry into a first officer role with Sharp Airlines.
- 6 Month Course Duration after completion of prerequisite of AVI50222 Diploma of Aviation – Commercial Pilots License Aeroplane
- You will obtain a Multi Engine Instrument Rating, ATPL Theory Course & Multi Crew Co-operation Course.
- Upon successful completion of this course, you may be offered a pathway to a fixed term 12-month contract as a Sharp Airlines First Officer.
- Full remuneration during the employment contract period as per the Air Pilots Award.
- This course combines both classroom-based ground theory and practical flight training.
- ATPL ground theory (Flight Planning, Navigation, Systems and Performance and Loading)

- Location: Bendigo, Victoria (Inbound Aviation HQ)
- Duration: Approximately 12–18 months
- Cost: $135,000 AUD
Includes:
- All flight training for CPL and MEIR
- Theory exams and flight tests
- Uniform, study materials, and iPad EFB
- Support and mentoring from Sharp Airlines throughout the program
- Finance options and payment plans may be available. Accommodation and living expenses are not included.

- Are at least 18 years of age
- Have an education level of Year 12 (or higher)
- Class 1 Aviation Medical Certificate (or the ability to obtain one)
- Are an Australian Citizen or permanent resident
